Garrett's Family Market and Rapid Refill have openings for an Assistant Manager in our Falmouth locations.

Have you worked in retail, fast food, convenience store, or another sector of the service industry? Are you a “go-getter” that has shown management potential? If you answered “YES” to all of these questions, an opportunity for you to join the Garrett's Family Market team as an Assistant Manager is on the horizon.

What will you do?

• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service according to the operating standards of the company.
• Merchandise facility according to the operating standards of the company.
• Assist the Store Manager with interviews. Trains all facility employees in store operations, product knowledge, sales techniques, personnel appearance, and safety guidelines.
