Job Description
The Facilities Associate supports the Company’s daily operational activities. This is a 100% on-site Day Porter role based in our LIC facility. A successful candidate will have an outstanding can-do team spirit, a strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, great customer service skills and commitment to Excellence.
Salary Range: 53k-56k

- Ensures that Facilities’ daytime maintenance, cleanliness and appearance meet the standards of Excellence.

- Receiving packages
- Logging packages
- Delivering packages
- Preparing watches for shipping
- Unpacking watches Photographing packages
- Printing labels
- Double checking addresses
- Cleaning Shredding Stocking kitchens
- Washing dishes, glasses & silverware
- Making coffee
- Putting out catering
- Cleaning machines in the workshop Changing cleaning solutions Mopping
- Taking inventory
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Basic math skills
- Typing
- Shipping software
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Hand-eye coordination
- Alpha-numeric recognition
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma
- 1+ year related experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
