Revenue Cycle Program Manager
Job description
Description: Provide revenue cycle manager expertise to include all payor sources and regulatory requirements for entire department and management. Coordinate and process Private Pay billing for numerous companies and programs. Complete Long-Term Care and Secondary Insurance billings. Process employee expense reports and check requests. Perform administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Update account status records and collection efforts.
- Work with collection agency to take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
- Work with collections agency to Investigate historical data for each debt or bill.
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates’/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a collection specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques.
- Familiarity with laws related to debt collection.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Patience and ability to manage stress
