- Primarily responsible for the assisting the Director of Nursing and Assistant Directors of Nursing in the supervision of resident care and services. Assists in the supervision of LPN and Nurse Tech staff performance. Assists with clinical management of the Health Care Unit through implementation of Quality Assurance programs.
