We work closely with our client’s physicians to provide the highest quality of care possible. Each client will receive individualized and superior levels of care. Elite offers to our clients: Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Work Services, Lymphedema Services, Behavioral Health Nursing and Home Health Aide assistance.

Elite Professionals Home Care LLC is looking to add RNs to our team. This nurse will work Monday - Friday (4) 10 hr shifts and will work just 1 weekend per month.

Weekend only days are also available, along with 8 hour per day options.

What position and schedule fits your life the best? Flexibility is key in home health.

The RN will complete 8 points per day to total 33 Points accrued each work week. $80,048 is expected! Ability to make beyond the $80,048 is UP TO YOU!! Visits will be scheduled between the hours of 0800-1800.. Most visits will be 45 minutes in length, others may be a bit longer depending on the type of nursing visit you are completing (ie: admission, recertification's, IV, etc)

Retention Bonus @ 6 months, 1 year & 2 years employment up to $5,000

A total of $5,000.00 will be paid to individual employee for the purposes of recruitment and retention. This $5,000.00 will be paid over the course of two-years as follows:

PAID 1st installment at 6 month employment review/evaluation, 2nd at 1 year employment review/evaluation, and final at 2 year employment review/evaluation

• 1st installment @ 6 month review/evaluation = $1,000.00
• 2nd installment @ 1 year review/evaluation = $2,000.00
• 3rd installment @ 2 year review/evaluation = $2,000.00

TO TOTAL $5000.00 over a 2-year commitment period
