JOB LOCATION(S): Bedford, NH
Job Description
Position Summary: This position is based out of our Bedford, NH corporate office and requires the selected individual work in-office Monday thru Friday starting at 8:00am. This is a salaried role starting at $65k to $70k.
The Planning & Revenue Growth Management (PRGM) Analyst is responsible for providing detailed sales forecasting, sales reporting, volume trend analysis, key account collaboration, and frequent ad-hoc problem-solving projects. As a member of the PRGM Department, the PRGM Analyst will work closely with Corporate Sales & Marketing Team to grow Coke Northeast’s overall volume and revenue sales to achieve annual budget targets. The ideal candidate for this role will have prior CPG industry experience, expert level MS Excel capabilities, an outgoing & driven personality, and be available to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Build & maintain analytical spreadsheets- Provide reporting and data analysis
- Ability to apply concepts of statistical analysis
- Navigate sales forecasting & sales planning capabilities/tools
- Ability to problem solve for planned & ad-hoc projects
- Ability to collaborate with members of the Sales & Marketing Team
- Ability to speak effectively & clearly present information
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred- Prior business analysis experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel background: formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Enjoy working collaboratively or independently as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable speaking to and presenting to internal groups of diversified people across departments
- Flexibility to adjust with changing business needs, requirements, tasks & work schedule
- Accommodate infrequent overnight travel for key Corporate & Sales Center Meetings
