POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position supports the Marketing and Sales teams and collaborates with the Information Systems teams to maintain master and transactional data, analyze sources of data, provide functional and insightful data analytics, reports and dashboards to support business information and decision-making needs. Emphasis is placed on external and internal sources of data including industry, market, consumer and dealer analytics.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintenance of master data records in defined systems (including Salesforce.com) to ensure data integrity and accuracy including Dealers, Consumers, Partners, Products
• Transactional record management in defined systems (including Salesforce.com) to ensure transactional and interface data integrity including Prospects/Leads, Surveys, Social, Dealer Training, Lead Scoring, Journeys, Campaigns, Industry Market Reporting and Dealer Inventory
• Maintains external forms including Surveys, Email Forms and Templates, Communication Forms
• Reporting and informational analytics needs definition and delivery using reporting, surveys, and analytic tools, dashboards, advanced predictive tools and data warehouse technologies.
• Provides User Acceptance Testing for defined systems including Salesforce.com
• Reviews new releases of new systems and tools and informs team of any changes relevant to marketing activities reliant on Salesforce or Marketing Cloud applications

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree

· Minimum of 7 years’ experience with Salesforce Sales and Marketing Clouds

· Minimum of 7 years’ experience with data analytic tools (ex: Tableau)

· Ability to handle multiple projects at once, last minute requests and quick turnarounds with a positive attitude

· Strong computer skills and data analytical skills

Self-motivated, collaborative, responsive, organized, able to work independently
