Position Overview:

This is a fully remote position. The HVAC Leads Systems Coordinator is to coordinate and support leads for our HVAC Sales team. You will coordinate and support Radiant's high standards of customer service and communication to elevate Radiant to be clearly the best home service company in Austin, Texas and the nation. This is achieved with proactive communication with HVAC team and customers; accurate details with all administrative functions; and a team focused attitude willing to support the department however needed.


Essential Functions:

  • Be in compliance of call processes
  • Taking inbound phone calls (marketed leads from customers and service technicians)
  • Prioritize all sales leads for sale potential
  • Prioritize 3-day board for profit: Act as liaison with sales team each morning and throughout the day on schedule and making alterations if necessary
  • Manage hold board in Service Titan
  • Customer Communication: make the customer fully aware of the testing that we do and why it is important. Field post-sale questions from customers regarding invoice, payment or other paperwork issues. Follow-up phone calls with customers after bids have been given.
  • Answer phones in a polite & friendly manner with both customers and team mates
  • Organize and coordinate the day's jobs for the testers and sales persons
  • Timesheets & Payroll prep for the Sales Team
  • Check all closeout data is in Titan after the tester has finished testing a home. This includes airflow form, heat load images, pictures, videos and comfort institute leakage certificates.
  • Analyze evaluation forms, options sheets and comfort questionnaires from techs service calls for competence and follow up sales.
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedule for night & weekend (Tech & Market Lead phone calls)
  • Assist with On-Call schedule as directed by Systems Coordinator Supervisor or Systems Manager

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma/ GED preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency & strong prioritization skills
  • Must be a go getter, self starter, team player
  • Experience with HVAC is a plus.
  • Service Titan knowledge, also a benefit!
  • Inside Sales experience - if you've done any inside sales - make sure to tell us about it!
  • Experience with KPI tracking
  • Display good judgement
  • Experience working from home in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working off of scripts
  • Proficient with all Microsoft platforms, especially Word and Excel.
  • Must be able to accurately type with 40 WPM average
  • Flexible schedule - rotational on call responsibilities; (every 3rd week on call) - Mon-Fri 6:30pm-10:00pm & weekends 7:00am-10:00pm - must be available to answer lead calls; lighter work load then your working week but must be able to answer incoming calls to handle leads
