EMSL Analytical Inc. is looking for an energetic full time Sales Assistant to join our expanding sales team at our office in Aurora, CO. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-paced Sales team. The Sales Assistant position has great potential for a long term career growth path towards an Account Representative position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support our new Sales Service Center in Aurora and work with nationwide sales team.
Ensure each new customer receives outstanding service with thorough service line/production knowledge and all other components of customer service.
Receive and respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and efficient manner.
Support our sales team with lead distribution, qualification of leads, and product orders.
Assist with data entry and maintenance of client inquiries and follow up.
Enjoy client outreach and creating and maintaining business relationships with new and current clients.
Support with general office duties.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Associates Degree with a science background is a plus.
One to three years’ experience with sales and/or marketing is a plus.
Recent college graduates welcome to apply who have some job experience in customer service.
Can demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and demonstrate professional demeanor.
Experience with CRM Sales system is a plus.
Seeking someone who is able to work independently.
Seeking someone who is able to prioritize work assignments and work in fast paced setting.
Proficiency in MS Office and computer literate.
Available Shift:
Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; training to start will be Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
