DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Curious and Open Minded, Get to Yes, Say/Do, Passionate Team Player, Customer Focused
  • Partners with Senior Sales Leadership to develop, implement, measure, and manage variable comp programs at AIS.
  • Manages the IPR/ CIR leads and their utilization by the sales force.
  • Owns customer pricing review process – building the schedule, assigning margin, and tracking
  • Owns Continuous Improvement Reviews – building the schedule, aligning resources, and tracking
  • Accountable for the CRM database and the reporting from the CRM for use by Sales and Management.
  • Drives CRM compliance and ongoing improvements
  • Collaborates with Finance on forecasting future revenue, gross margin, and variable compensation.
  • Seeks and drives best practices for areas of responsibility with respect to operations and technology.
  • Ensures maximum productivity and utilization through meeting performance targets and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
  • Ensures critical processes are documented and updated.
  • Tracks customer rebates and reports to finance
  • Facilitates the communication between sales and contract review services as needed
  • Assists with training of team members as needed
  • Manages compliance and supplier evaluation requests, routes them through the proper departments to completion
  • Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC’s vision and unity of purpose.
  • Other duties as responsibilities as needed

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Business or Finance or the equivalent experience is required.
  • Minimum five years Sales Operations or Sales Management experience required.
  • Distribution experience preferred

SKILLS:

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Excellent project management skills required.
  • Strong team-based interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Advanced in the Office 365 suite
  • Power BI experience a plus

Compensation starting at $55890 – $75141 / year and up dependent on candidate location and experience.
