As part of the program, we are looking for Salesforce Platform Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance and improvement of Salesforce environments. Working closely and coordinating with Release Manager, Technical Architects, DevOps Lead, and other Salesforce Admins. This role is part technical project manager and part technical administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment especially for the Production. Will be the primary point of contact for the Salesforce Customer Success team.
• Manage the sandboxes and the access and security on the full sandboxes
• Point of contact for sandbox access issue from the implementation teams
• Handle the deployment process and installation of the AppExchange in Production and on full SandBoxes
• Manage and monitor the security in production and full Sandboxes. Makes the necessary updates/changes using the tools created to make sure the security is in place.
• Coordinate with the Admins and Developer and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
• Create and maintain the technical guidelines and documentation at the platform level
• Coordinate with the Solution & Technical architect to design and set up the security model for the technical team
• Maintain the data dictionary

Skills Required

• Salesforce security skills
• Salesforce metadata and Salesforce DX tools and features
• Collaboration and coordination vision and a positive attitude.
• Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
• Nice to have : Salesforce Administrator Certification, Platform Developer or App Builder Certification

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
