Description:


Our client is looking for a Salesforce engineer that will join the customer support domain and your focus will be working on maintaining our Salesforce services.

What you’ll do


Maintain high quality features/services using Apex, Visualforce, Javascript, integration patterns and other development technologies.
Maintain integrations between Salesforce with internal and 3rd party services
Continuously improving the automations related to Salesforce and other tools.
Enhance the Case management process using the tools within Salesforce.
Work with Salesforce Lightning Experience & Components (Aura and LWC)
Improve the maintainability and quality of the features/services.
Grooming and recommending best practices on requests from your colleagues.
Design and develop flexible and scalable solutions that meet immediate business requirements from other teams.


Who you are


You are in an independent and self-motivated engineer that makes things happen
You care about helping our users and finding ways to solve their problems.
You can work independently and drive your own work.
You are a quick learner and get quickly up-to-speed
You are an experienced Salesforce developer
You have experience in building usable and scalable systems/applications
You have experience building a Salesforce Service Cloud implementation.
You have experience with setting up Omnichannel, routing and escalation rules.
You have knowledge about email deliverability and troubleshooting.
You are comfortable working with REST APIs..
You are happy and willing to extend your software development skills outside of Salesforce
You like to drive the best possible solution on whatever system you are working on.
You have Salesforce Developer certifications including Platform Developer I/II.
You have experience using a source-driven development scheme using CI/CD tools.
