Role Summary:

The Salesforce Outreach Specialist will strengthen the MMA customer experience by building a deep understanding of the business processes and the Salesforce system capabilities, and bridging the gaps through, training, and enhancements. This person will have a strong relationship with, and understanding of, the customer - and build a culture of customer-first partnerships. This role will be key to improving the efficiency and productivity of our Salesforce Administrators and Support Agents while enhancing the customer experience.

We will count on you to:

  • As a key member of the Salesforce support and delivery team (a core group of 10-12 members), plan, create, and execute a communications plan to inform colleagues of roles, responsibilities, and expectations relating to the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Design and manage a range of learning and development tools, such as live training sessions, recorded audio/videos, newsletters, one-on-one support, social media, and written user guides.

  • Strategically build and maintain a relationship with colleagues and user groups, to include collecting feedback and providing proactive tips and updates.

  • Represent Salesforce as a subject matter expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events, and through community sites and social media.

  • Improve the system through information sharing, process improvement, and/or system enhancements.

  • Collect and report on engagement and productivity metrics for Salesforce stakeholders.

  • Provide both executive and detailed level portfolio tracking reports.

  • Help with team administration, such as organizing community building events.

  • Produce materials for steering committee meetings to support prioritization and accountability.

  • Share customer success stories, learning opportunities, program information and other new partner and company initiatives in compelling, creative ways with a wide audience.

  • Work on tasks and special initiatives as assigned.

What you need to have:

  • 3-5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce, as an Administrator, Super User, or other role requiring extensive Salesforce engagement.

  • Understanding of Sales Cloud best practices and functionality

  • Great communicator, a team player, and an energetic self-starter with a positive attitude

  • Adaptable, extremely organized, and highly productive in a dynamic, changing environment

  • Appreciation and eye for design, passion for creating communications that look amazing and read well

  • Innovative and solution-oriented mindset, and able to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Ability to work under pressure in fast moving environment

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

The applicable base pay range for this role is $54,000.00-$118,000.00

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
