Toasters Deli is the best restaurant to work at in Hillsville. We are a small, family owned, customer focused, fun and caring. Our restaurant located is located in the heart of Hillsville, and we're growing our team.

Do you have experience making sandwiches, then maybe Toasters is the change you need. The ideal candidate will:

• Love to make sandwiches, customized to our customer's tastes.
• Work with a high degree of accuracy and urgency;
• Must be able to accept feedback and use it to improve yourself (thick-skinned) - we're not perfect and you aren't either; we make mistakes, fix them, and use feedback to improve;
• Work clean - keep your workstation, the kitchen and the restaurant clean;
• Have 1-2 years experience working in a restaurant kitchen;
• Be able to read and follow an order ticket, recipe, list, instructions, invoice, etc. - reading is required in our kitchen;
• Be a go-getter - be hands on and willing to jump in and try

If you don't have any experience, but you have a solid work history, you are a go getter, love food, you can work any schedule, always show up for work, and you're wanting to do something new, stop by and ask to speak with Joe.
