Key Responsibilities:

· Adhere to Employee Health and Safety company rules and requirements.

· Wear Personal Protective Equipment that is required.

· Knowledgeable with Food Safety and Good Manufacturing guidelines and requirements.

· Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing food contact and non-food contact surfaces using detergents and sanitizers.

· Able to work independently

· Follow Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) Standard Operating Procedures.

• Complete tasks on Master Sanitation Schedule Program (MSS).
• Responsible for stocking soap, sanitizer, gloves and paper towels for production hand sinks and sanitizer stations.
• Ensure chemicals are labeled and stored properly.
• Other duties as assigned.

· Job requires working in a production and warehouse environment, bending, stooping, operating cleaning machinery, handling chemicals, following GMPs, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Food Manufacturing Quality Experience a plus
