Job Summary:

The Scheduling Assistant will leverage our Salesforce platform to provide solutions to support client coverage and drive user adoption and data integrity.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Scheduling employees to ensure constant coverage of posts with properly credentialed personnel.

· Utilize Salesforce efficiently to incorporate AT to verify skills and create efficient schedules, at least three weeks in advance.

· Cover planned and unplanned absences to ensure post coverage.

· Be a problem solver - Tackle issues that involve people, things, and processes by using logic, and data. Identify the root cause of a problem as opposed to focusing on the symptoms.

· Identify/escalate issues to appropriate leadership and partner with other functional units to drive resolution.

· Work with our management, product, and development teams to establish suitable departmental processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.

· Act as super user and assist in training of other team members to support growth of Salesforce skill sets within multiple divisions.

Qualifications:

· A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

· 1 to 3 years of experience utilizing Salesforce within a medium to large organization preferred. Salesforce Trailhead completions also preferred.

· Proficient at report writing and data manipulation using modern tools.

· Capable of achieving objectives and meeting deadlines in dynamic, high-pressure organizations.

· Comfortable diving into analyses, offering business recommendations, and facilitating organizational agreement.

· Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, translate requirements from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

· You have flexibility in your schedule. While this position is for normal business hours, you may be required to occasionally work any day of the week, during daily operating hours.
