Job description
We are seeking an experienced scrum master for a long term contract opportunity. No third parties.
Responsibilities of the Scrum Master:
- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies for 2 teams
- Help the team become high-performing and deliver the product to the market. Ensure that the team follows scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes
Requirements for the Scrum Master:
- Expertise as a Scrum Master serving multiple teams in a variety of situations
- Efficient with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Has provided classroom or workshop-style training to beginners. Has outstanding facilitation, conflict resolution, coaching, and communication skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $85.00 per hour
