The Technical Lead will be providing Video and Audio technical support for a training program. Day to day activities include performing technical support, room setup and validation, coordination with business and training stakeholder, provide written deliverables/status as needed and conducting daily/monthly training system monitoring.

Experience Required:

MANDATORY

• 5 years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least 3 years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
• Possess an active CompTIA Security + certificate and Secret Security Clearance.

DESIRABLE

• Providing technical support involving audio conference bridging equipment.
• Maintaining computer hardware and software, performing hands- on repairs and system upgrades.
• Maintaining video conference systems.
• Superior interpersonal skills-able to communicate effectively and professionally at all times.
• Ability to perform under significant pressure and extreme time constraints.

The compensation for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan.
