In this role, you will perform a variety of duties that involve the collection of overdue invoices and managing aged debts portfolio.

- 3+ years of overall collections experience
- 2+ years of specific B2B cash collections experience is required

- Possess a good understanding of word, outlook, lotus notes and excel with the ability to produce spreadsheets
What will you be doing in this role?...
- Work with a minimum of direction on collection of overdue debt utilizing telephone calls, e-mails, and mail
- Provide appropriate support/copy documentation, as requested by clients, or required to support claim for payment
- Research client queries and provide appropriate responses in a timely manner
- Account reconciliation to align with client accounts - some research into payments will be required
- Interact with both internal and external colleagues/customers to facilitate resolution of any issues raised and negotiate to bring payment into line with terms
- Maintain accurate individual measurement and performance statistics
- Produce reports relating to debt analysis
About the Team
The North America Credit Control team is a fast paced and driven team focused on delivering timely receivables for the CPA Global division of Clarivate. The team is driven to provide top level customer service while also being focused on collecting cash and increasing the free cash flow for the company.
Hour of Work
This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
