We are a privately held company that specializes in the construction of Electrical Substations. Our Company is looking to hire an experienced Senior Construction Manager to help oversee and maintain the quality of our projects. The successful candidate will constantly be on the go, overseeing the construction process, scheduling subcontractors and supervising jobsites. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. Directly reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Create budgets and manage expenditures. Manage construction teams to ensure that all work is done according to plan, on time, and within budget. Plan schedules, direct workers, and arrange equipment and materials. Ensure that the project will fit within the allotted space. Provide clients with regular progress reports about the status of the construction project.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,710.00 - $80,466.00 per year
