Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our People Ops team and help us grow our G&A/DL organizations. In this position you will be required to be proactive, strategic and ultimately partner with stakeholders for all thing talent acquisition and advisory! This is NOT a back-office/administrative role - you will be responsible for full-cycle/cradle-to-grave recruiting as well as owning the strategy for building an entire division here at LVT!
note, this role needs to sit in office/hybrid within Utah
Responsibilities
- The basics:
- Write and post sales/revenue job descriptions
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like HireEz, Github, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities at top of funnel
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with sales team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Participate in recruiting conferences and meetups to network with sales professionals
- Compose job offer letters for your candidates
- Foster and develop strong relationships with hiring managers and gain trust across all hiring functions and departments
- Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
- The fine print:
- Build talent strategies, proactively build talent roadmaps, manage stakeholders up through the C-Suite, walk in with a stellar personal brand with high integrity and a polished personal brand!
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven work experience in the talent acquisition/recruitment field
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and Zoom)
- Recruiting expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for varied roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases (ADP, BambooHR, JobVite)
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Willing to do more with less by finding innovative ways to successful fill roles
- Preferred: ability to work on-site
