Job Summary

Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking a Senior CSI Exercise Process Analyst to provide overarching leadership for CSI/ Process Engineering across divisions.

The IC SCC oversees the integration, monitoring, reporting and cyber network defense coordination for all IC elements and is guided by two governing documents: Concept of Operations for the Integrated Defense of the IC Information Environment (CONOPS IE) and the Concept of Operations for the Intelligence Community Information Technology Enterprise Security Coordination Service Provider (CONOPS SC SP).

Specific Responsibilities

• Provides consulting and recommendations to managers, supervisors, and the workforce on the implementation of quality and process improvement initiatives
• Develops and facilitates discovery sessions, planning meetings, training sessions, and facilitates process improvement meetings
• Proposes, tailors, and develops quality/process re- engineering improvement efforts (to include the applicable documentation) to provide return-on-investment or operational improvement
• Conducts benchmarking, activity modeling, and surveys
• Gathers, analyzes, and quantifies performance data and measurements
• Able to gather data and work with technical subject matter experts
• Works with technical subject matter experts
• Provides consulting and recommendations to IC SCC leadership on the implementation of quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Develops and facilitates discovery sessions, planning meetings, training sessions, and process improvement meetings.
• Proposes, tailors, and develops quality/process re- engineering improvement efforts, to include the applicable documentation, to provide return-on-investment or operational improvement.
• Develops and maintains a performance metrics “dashboard” that clearly depicts as it relates to cost, schedule status, technical accomplishments, and contract deliverable status for each report period.
• Gathers, analyzes, and quantifies performance data and measurements.
• Gathers data and works with technical subject matter experts.
• Embraces standards, especially International Organization for Standardization / International Electrotechnical Commission (ISO/IEC) 20000-2005 (written prior to ITIL v3), which is the International Standard for certifying
• service provider organizations in IT Service.

Qualifications

• 
  Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience (or bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience)
• IAW DoD Directive 8570 IAT Level II
• Experience with exercise planning that involves cross agency coordination and equities.
• Experience with briefing and delivering training to senior military and civilian leaders.
• Experience incorporating real-world scenarios and emerging threats into training and exercise events.

• Normal Office environment

Travel

• Less than 10% CONUS and OCONUS travel for training and other activities.
