Senior Healthcare Analyst - Risk Adjustment

VillageCare is seeking an enthusiastic professional for our Full Time Senior Healthcare Analyst - Risk Adjustment role. This position will perform data analysis in support of optimizing risk adjusted revenue and provide insights related to risk adjustment to different levels of leadership to support their decision making.

The Senior Healthcare Analyst - Risk Adjustment will assist in designing an overall suite of analytic capabilities and actionable reports to solve problems, provide data-driven guidance, and monitor risk adjustment performance and identify and recommend opportunities for improvement.

Playing a key role in the Financial Department, you will act as a subject matter expert around the risk adjustment model, reporting, and analysis. This position will maintain the CMS risk adjustment model and accurately calculate monthly risk score and revenue accrual.

We would like to speak to those who have 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics, performing increasingly complex data analysis and report/dashboard development, in a managed care setting strongly preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant field required. Ability to run and create queries, manipulate, transform, and generate reports using SQL, SAS, MS Excel, and BI tools and create financial models with levers using MS Excel and BI tools strongly preferred.
