Monarch NC, a provider of high-quality and trauma-informed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders, is seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team.

As a Senior HRIS Analyst supporting Workday at Monarch, you will work closely with business and technical partners to understand needs and develop solutions while fostering positive relationships.

This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain Advanced, Matrix and Trended custom reports and dashboards
  • Configure and test Workday business processes in multiple functional areas
  • Maintain security role assignments
  • Load mass changes using inbound EIBs
  • Create and schedule outbound EIBs
  • Document standard operating procedures
  • Participate in Workday release design and testing
  • Investigate issues and communicate solutionsProvide Workday training for end users
  • Perform data audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Maintain trainings as required and requested
  • Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures
  • Drive and travel may be required.
  • Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

To qualify, candidates must have the following:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Information Technology is required.
  • At least 2 years of post-graduate experience working with HR information systems.
  • Must have experience with Workday and Workday configuration.
  • A valid Driver's License is also required.
