Summary:

The Senior Manager of Human Resources for the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix is responsible for the consistent, high quality of delivery of HR services to all staff. This position will have accountability for recruitment, onboarding, staff logistics, employee relations and performance management processes. This role will also lead all employee training and development efforts. Critical to success in the role, the Senior Manager of Human Resources will establish, foster, and maintain relationships across key stakeholders throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment efforts for all full-time, part-time and temporary staff
• Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding activities
• Execute performance management processes, such as supporting goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews
• Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters
• Manage staff logistics for all events
• Oversee employee engagement activities and other initiatives to increase collaboration and employee satisfaction
• Implement training and leadership development programming
• Ensure regulatory compliance of all HR related functions
• Execute other HR related projects or tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and oral communication, comfortable with public speaking, organizational skills a must
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating flexibility and creative problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive issues in a professional manner
• Ability to build and maintain very effective relationships and work successfully as an influencer across departments at all levels
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays
