As a part of the enterprise marketing team, you will be a key contributor to the pipeline through managing a highly visible ABM multi-channel, multi-touch, integrated marketing programs. You'll partner closely with sales, demand gen, and marketing leadership to recommend, implement and optimize highly visible targeted marketing programs to Zenoti's highest potential prospects and customers. You need a proven ability to partner with others to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the definition and health of our ABM practice
  • Define and own the campaign strategy and marketing strategy for the vertical.
  • Coordinate campaigns across creative and digital marketing teams.
  • Monitor results and refine campaigns.
  • Support sales teams with the attainment of their goals and regional pipeline needs. Understand goals, identify marketing needs, and gather feedback on marketing activities.
  • Proactively engage with marketing leadership to review plans, share local requirements, and provide feedback on global/regional programs and assets.
  • Analyze regional pipeline volume, performance, and forecasts, including specific views for segments and sales reps.
  • Assess local marketing readiness and customize centrally created programs for local deployment.
  • Using the robust customer statistics and testimonials, industry data, and ROI, create compelling stories and a journey for the vertical.

Skills and Experience

  • Functional knowledge of ABM, specifically 1:1, 1:few and 1:many styles
  • Proficiency with Marketing Automation, CRM, Project Management, and Data Processing applications
  • Technical experience administering or using an ABM platform is a plus
  • General knowledge of Demand Generation, Inbound Marketing, Web Marketing, Digital advertising, Social marketing
  • Ability to assemble, interpret, and present data on performance, insights, and results to project owners
  • Good communication skills, you enjoy presenting facts, insights, opinions and recommendations in ways that people can relate to and understand
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while keeping stakeholders informed
  • Collaborative, goal-oriented, and organized
  • A genuine desire to learn and grow

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical marketing, sales, or operational roles
  • Experience in the beauty and wellness domain
  • Experience in executing Demand Generation or ABM campaigns
  • Experience with broader marketing and sales technologies (such as ad platforms, social media, CRM, content, video, email, etc.)
  • Background in enterprise B2B SaaS sales and marketing
