Summary
The FlexPro Group is seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager to our team that will work with our pharmaceutical client partner bringing strategic leadership to assigned projects, working cross functionally, and provide training and mentorship to the Project Management function
Job Requirements
- This role will be remote but requires international travel for the first 6 to 8 weeks, then once per quarter
- Support the development of the project management team
- Establish consistency and best practices in a growing PMO group
- Implement PM Excellence Training
- Work in a client facing role as well as manage stakeholders
- Responsible for a high profile client including project plan and client communication
- Effective communication and leadership across seniority levels and departments
Experience / Education
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience with JD Edwards Software and SmartSheets is a plus, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
