About this job:

Our team is looking for a recruiter with a can-do attitude! The right candidate will be hard-working, dedicated, inquisitive, comfortable working outside the “box” and enjoy a good challenge.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound recruitment efforts (calls, emails, online sourcing tools, social media, etc.) to connect with passive and active candidates.
  • Prepare and maintain a qualified pool of candidates to fill current and forecasted staffing needs of our clients.
  • Progress candidates through our recruitment process, which includes phone screens, interviews and assessments.
  • Use detailed screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates in the pool.
  • Present the best-qualified candidates directly to Hiring Manager for further consideration.
  • Maintain follow up and obtain feedback from Hiring Manager on submitted candidates.
  • Track all candidate activities and notes in applicant tracking system.
  • Track and report progress against recruiting plans and review results with the Client Relationship Manager and Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or relevant field.
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, high volume environment.
  • Ability to anticipate and address client needs; react professionally and appropriately during periods of high stress and confrontations.
  • Understanding and experience in broad range of recruitment tools, services, and technology including applicant tracking systems.
  • Demonstrates ability to work effectively in teams; collaboration skills, ability to share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback, request and provide support and represent team plans and decisions.
  • Ability to influence clients and colleagues, deliver constructive advice, diagnose and resolve problems and positively influence change.
  • Demonstrates successful applicant interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to represent the company, explain work environment and total rewards package and develop a customized approach for prospective candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
