We are currently looking for a Senior Research Analyst for LIMRA's Annuity research department located in our Windsor, CT office.

Duties include:

• Manage annuity benchmarking sales surveys
• Respond to information and reporting requests for information from clients and LIMRA staff
• Responsible for annuity research reporting and maintaining data on relevant industry developments
• Identify research/service opportunities, reporting process improvements and improve surveys/services as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-6 years of annuity experience
• Requires strong knowledge of the individual annuity industry, including products and distribution
• Position requires approximately 5% of job time, traveling within the US
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and synthesize data and their implications
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience with market research and analysis techniques
• Advanced knowledge of survey software or database analysis software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
