As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play an essential role as a member of our global Talent Acquisition team, helping us achieve our global growth goals by engaging and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience to hire top tier talent! We are seeking an innovative talent partner that is creative, dynamic and has leveraged technology in pursuit of disruptive and bold talent solutions. You will be responsible for cultivating talent pipelines, with a keen focus on technical and niche roles. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, creative and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Successfully execute the full lifecycle global recruiting process across a variety of business units, with special focus on technical and niche roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to translate business strategies into relevant talent strategies, developing a solid understanding of the business as well as the external talent landscape
  • Proactively develop diverse pipelines of talent through networking and creative sourcing and marketing strategies
  • Serve as a key contributor to building the global talent brand strategy, including creative recruiting events and promotion through social media
  • Create compelling, inclusive job descriptions to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain meaningful and trusted relationships that result in dynamic candidate and hiring manager experiences
  • Analyze market data to make recommendations to hiring managers on the most effective recruiting strategies
  • Responsible for implementation and administration of Global ATS.

What You Need:

  • 5+ years of global full lifecycle recruiting experience with technical and niche roles
  • Experience within a high-growth environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a global distributed team
  • Demonstrated successful experience with recruiting for technical and niche roles
  • Ability to successfully manage all stakeholders and work effectively in a global organization
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines and provide outstanding customer service to candidates and hiring manager.
  • Strong understanding of technology and experience implementing and systems administration of ATS.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer first mindset
  • Advanced experience with social media and recruiting sourcing tools
  • Flexibility to be available for virtual meetings in time zones across the globe
