Threat Tec, LLC, a Veteran-Owned Small Business, has an immediate opening for a Senior Threat Analyst – Threat Emulation Force (TEFOR) Integrator to join our growing company. The Senior Threat Analyst will provide analysis, planning, and integration support to the United States Army’s Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G-2), and Army Futures Command, Director of Intelligence Support, Future Operational Environment (OE) Directorate (FOED). FOED studies, designs, coordinates, and applies the future OE in support of joint and Army programs for concept and capability development, experimentation, requirements determination, and operational test and evaluation (OT&E). To accomplish this mission and core function a highly qualified Threat Analyst is needed to provide professional services to understand, visualize, describe, deliver & assess the OE to reduce risk and prevent surprise today and into the future 2035+.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Support AFC DOIS/FOED in conducting research and participate in studies to describe future threat strategies, doctrine, and capabilities.- Assist with defining the scope and context of the future OE and emerging threats to support futures events
- Responsible for opposing force strategy and plans, force organizations, equipment and capabilities projected into the timeframe specified for a future warfighting event
- Provide OE and threat expertise to AFC subordinate commands in developing exercise and experiment strategic context and scenarios/vignettes compliant with the OE as presented by AFC and TRADOC
- Deliver unclassified and classified threat representation, scenario assumptions, and TEFOR capabilities that replicate the future OE utilizing Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVCG) resources
- Provide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Consultants to execute TEFOR requirements during wargames, studies, analytical venues, and experiments
- Assist TEFOR with integrating cyber, electronic warfare (EW), space, and other capabilities to represent robust, integrated, and realistic threat conditions to support futures events
- Achieve TEFOR objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Former military officer with comprehensive senior level experience- 12-20 years of operational to strategic level intelligence analysis within DOD or IC preferred
- Experience in the operations, training, and/or capability developments arenas
- Experience supporting Joint Force Concept development and Army modernization and experimentation
- Comfortable briefing senior military and civilian leaders
- Able to look at problems from multiple alternative points of view
- Possess proficiency in Windows office applications and the execution of on-line research
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and management skills to conceptualize and effectively lead complex analytic projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of leadership and to give oral presentations
- Extensive knowledge of and ability to apply analytic, diagnostic, and qualitative techniques to intelligence analysis
Clearance: Active TS security clearance with SCI eligibility required
Location: Ft. Eustis, VA
