Currently we are seeking a talented individual with deep experience working with Health Care Systems and/or with Payors in the healthcare field to help our Client Services team execute this vision. What you’ll do:

• Own all aspects of the client training and internal training
• Coordinate, develop, facilitate training
• Develop customer facing training documentation
• Develop video-based training and LMS content
• Build strong client engagement through training to ensure successful product deployment
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet client goals
• Conduct and execute professional training presentations remotely, in person, and through video recordings
• Focus on ensuring your clients achieve their business goals through professional training
• Other duties as required - we are a thriving, growing company so as a team we cover many areas

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of experience in client training with a strong preference for experience in the health care field

• Preference for an understanding of and experience with referral management, telephonic utilization review, prior authorization, and case management functions
• Experience in Camtasia (Video Editing), Articulate 360 Storyline, Rise or similar products preferred but not required
• A clinical background is a plus, but is not required
• Detail orientation and strong verbal communication skills is a must
• Project Management skills is a plus – certification is not necessary
• Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy a fun and challenging environment
• Must be able to multi-task and work beyond the job description
