Currently we are seeking a talented individual with deep experience working with Health Care Systems and/or with Payors in the healthcare field to help our Client Services team execute this vision. The role demands the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple priorities, excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous improvement of your own knowledge & skills as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of our team and organization.
What you’ll do:
- Own all aspects of the client training and internal training
- Coordinate, develop, facilitate training
- Develop customer facing training documentation
- Develop video-based training and LMS content
- Build strong client engagement through training to ensure successful product deployment
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet client goals
- Conduct and execute professional training presentations remotely, in person, and through video recordings
- Focus on ensuring your clients achieve their business goals through professional training
- Other duties as required - we are a thriving, growing company so as a team we cover many areas
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in client training with a strong preference for experience in the health care field
- Preference for an understanding of and experience with referral management, telephonic utilization review, prior authorization, and case management functions
- Experience in Camtasia (Video Editing), Articulate 360 Storyline, Rise or similar products preferred but not required
- A clinical background is a plus, but is not required
- Detail orientation and strong verbal communication skills is a must
- Project Management skills is a plus – certification is not necessary
- Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy a fun and challenging environment
- Must be able to multi-task and work beyond the job description
