The Senior Web Specialist in Armanino’s Growth Office will be working cross-functionally to drive updates and enhancements on marketing public websites and landing pages. They will be tasked with ensuring smooth intake and execution of website requests and tickets while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Web Specialist will also be key in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities

Draft, monitor, and publish website changes on our CMS and landing pages

Develop email campaigns on marketing automation platform

Create event and webinar invite emails

Setup email campaign canvas and assets

Create event and webinar landing and registration pages
-
Drive our website intake process and follow tasks through to completion

Collaborate with the marketing team on web technology stack management

Provide technical administration of systems to ensure all are operating efficiently and meeting performance requirements

Manage and interpret website analytics to report on the performance of overall website health and success of specific initiatives

Work with the development team to facilitate website enhancements and troubleshooting

Ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented and maintained across website
Requirements
-
A Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, English, or a related field
-
Minimum 2 years of experience working in HTML and CSS
-
Minimum 2 years of experience working with marketing automation platforms and setting up email campaigns

Minimum 3 years of experience in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, content marketing tactical activities and KPIs
Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in professional services marketing or B2B marketing; accounting or financial services/wealth management firm preferred

Javascript highly preferred

Eloqua preferred

Sitecore preferred

Experience in data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI

We are required employers to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings in California, Colorado, and New York. Compensation Range for this position: $70,000-$95,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
