FSCX, Inc., is seeking qualified individuals to serve as the U.S. Army Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Survival Section Lead Instructor. Position is located at Fort Rucker, Alabama.

**Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award**

Responsibilities

Survival Section Lead Instructor will provide subject matter expertise-based guidance and mentorship to contractor personnel assigned to the Survival section, as well as bear the primary responsibility for the Contractor’s execution of course material in accordance with the program of instruction and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a fully certified instructor/trainer in the skills taught within the Survival section
• US Citizen
• SECRET clearance
• Full spectrum SERE-C graduate, to include Wartime, Peacetime Governmental Detention (PGD) and Hostage Detention (HD) training
• Graduate of the Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course (CFD-IC), an approved DoD Instructor Training Course (ITC), or other equivalent course (e.g. attended a TRADOC or Special Warfare Center & School (SWCS) approved course) prior to instructing students
• Certified to instruct IAW USA SERE School Instructor Certification Program
• Meet physical fitness requirements specific for the position to include passing urinalysis screening
• Must pass a SERE Human Factors Psychological Test
• Present a professional and credible image at all times

Preferred: Expertise in the skills taught within the SERE Survival Training section; teaching and management experience in a DoD SERE-related program; a fully certified Evaluator in Field Training IAW the US Army Staff and Faculty Certification Plan.
