Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
· Full menu knowledge including knowledge of our local farms
· Take and serve orders
· Answer questions or make recommendations
· Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
· Deal with any complaints with a positive attitude
· Issue bills and accept payment properly
REQUIREMENTS
· Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
· Attention to cleanliness and safety
· Patience and customer-oriented approach
· Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude in a team environment
· Responsible, dependable and trustworthy
· Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
