Responsible for co-ordination and support of centralised operation and maintenance (O&M) systems and processes across the ScottishPower Renewables’ (SPR) operational portfolio.
What you’ll be doing
We will look to you to process data from various sources and produce reports that will feed Business and Contractor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in support of increasing efficiency maintenance related processes.
You will also Co-ordinate movements/transport of major components through the asset management lifecycle to ensure SPR Management have visibility of failure history and costs which will be used to feed budget forecasting and development and manage major/minor component repairs on a day-to-day basis through developing an understanding of the placed framework contracts and ensuring supplier compliance with service level agreements. Tracking repairs to ensure delivery on time & manage stock levels.
Working in SAP you will provide support in the purchasing cycle by raising requisitions, purchase orders and goods received notifications to meet business procurement needs. Also ensuring all orders are efficiently delivered and invoicing close our requirements upheld.
Assist in development and implementation of ‘Domina SAP’ related processes including management of Parts, Stock levels, budgeting and provide input to maintenance related development and improvement projects identified as part of the operations and maintenance strategy, in order to ensure continual improvement of management systems and processes.
Supporting the internal Logistics function as required by strategy & management of resources and ensure accurate tracking of all parts and components during ordering and repair process.
What you’ll bring
You will have experience of ERP / SAP systems and understand electrical & mechanical major components within wind turbines.
We will also look for you to have experience in managing suppliers in a workshop environment with previous coordination experience dealing with multiple projects and stakeholders.
Experience of maintenance planning, control and tracking is essential with a general commercial awareness
You must also hold a Full UK driving license and have a willingness to travel in UK & Europe on an ad hoc and planned basis
