Job description
Maintain the operating standards and Guest experience supporting the General Manager and owner ensuring each Guest is delighted with their visit.
Duties include:
A. Interacting with Guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
B. Coaching and leading team members to perform for optimal Guest experience.
C. Managing and adjusting server schedule to meet growing demand.
D. Managing and adjusting beverage offerings to be contemporary with consumer trends.
Weekends, Nights and Holidays required. A minimum of one full weekend off will be given each and every month.
