As our Service Scheduler, you'll use your empathetic customer service skills to interact patiently with our customers via email, phone, and text to schedule service appointments for our 4 MN locations.

Every day you’ll respond to internet leads, emails, and phone calls to schedule appointments service appointments. You will also make proactive outbound calls to schedule preventive maintenance appointments like winterizing and de-winterizing, as well as and follow-up calls to ensure customers' needs were met.

To thrive in this position, you’ll have prior work experience in a call center environment, preferably in a dealership environment, with use of phone, email, and text technologies.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.75 per hour
