GEM Technologies, Inc. (GEM) is seeking a ServiceNow Portfolio Developer to join our team. This position is full-time and will support the Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM in a remote capacity. This role is anticipated to be short-term (3 months) with possibility of extension.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience.
• ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementation experience.
• Experience implementing a CMDB to support SPM and at least one or more of the following; ITSM, ITAM, ITOM products.

• Prepares concepts for information system solutions and evaluates the cost-effectiveness of these concepts.

Clearance & Citizenship Requirement:

• Due to the federal nature of the work, a U.S. Citizenship is required.
