Responsibilities
- You'll provide value by treating all customers with the highest sense of integrity, honesty and respect
- The Foreman will maximize the shop's performance; overseeing the mechanic's speed and accuracy in work performed
- Provide guidance and direction to mechanics
- Maintain smooth production flow
- Review work with technicians and perform quality assurance
- Lead their team toward unified goals
- Address associate and customer complaints/ concerns
- Supervises all vehicle repairs and related Repair Order processes
