Social Worker - Hospice, Anne Arundel County

Currently seeking a Social Workers - Hospice for a non-profit hospice provider in Calvert County, MD. Organization is well established, with a great reputation for quality of care in the state of Maryland. Position offers great work life balance and the opportunity to spend one on one patient time!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
** Currently offering a $10,000.00 Sign On Bonus for this position paid out after 90 days and after 1 year of employment - 2 year employment commitment **
Benefits and Compensation for the Social Worker, Hospice:
- Highly competitive hourly rates ranging from $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year depending on years of experience or qualifications
- 18 vacation days, 10 sick days, 6 holidays
- Mileage reimbursement at the IRS recommended rate
- 401K with company paid match
Responsibilities of the Social Worker, Hospice:
- Provide home based care to end of life patients in homes and facilities across Calvert County, MD
Requirements of the Social Worker, Hospice:
- LMSW, LGSW, or LCSW-C
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous clinical experience working with the geriatric patient population ideally in long term care, hospice, home health, acute care or related setting
