Job Description


As a Genesys Architect/Lead Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing technical solutions using the Genesys product suite in support of business initiatives. You will analyze business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain contact center solutions, to ensure these solutions support current and future business needs of American Funds.

You will lead the Architecture of the Genesys platform and interact with other technology Architects to deliver integrated contact solutions. Your scope will include creating a technical vision and influencing the business technology roadmaps by providing solution leadership, drawing on extensive technical, business, industry and/or product knowledge. You will provide senior technical leadership and consulting to your peers and teams.


Qualifications
  • You have 5-10 years of experience with the Genesys Engage Contact Center application including IVR, call recording, telephony, Voice, eServices, call routing (IWD), NLU, Analytics, reporting and associated technologies+
  • Experience as a Cloud Architect involving large scale cloud contact center experience using Genesys Cloud platform
  • Authentication, Desktop Process Automation and Analytics, Speech Analytics, Call Recording, Workforce Management, AI/ML, Chatbots, etc.
  • You have 5-10 years of experience leading large scale application development efforts that integrate with complementary services.
  • You have proven expertise Web Services (RESTful, SOAP, etc.), SQL Server, Postgres, Genesys Pure Engage, NICE WFM, Audiocodes.
  • Experience integrating Genesys PureCloud with CRM Application (Salesforce, MS Dynamics & ServiceNow)

Nice to have:

  • Development experience: (Java, C#)
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand
  • Proven track record of the mentoring team in adopting new technologies
  • Working with vendors to enhance tool capabilities to meet enterprise needs
  • Experience with agile methodologies (ex: SAFe), have experience with a waterfall as well
