You are a dedicated and passionate individual as an integral part of the Lockheed Martin ADP Special Customers Support Program (SCSP) team located in Fort Worth, Texas. You will learn technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to develop innovative software and hardware solutions. In this role you will work closely with business stakeholders, program managers, Customer Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other multi-discipline engineers in an agile environment to deliver robust, high performing, mission critical solutions to our customers. Your team’s foundational charter focuses on design, development, integration and operation of RF hardware/software controlled instrumentation systems for assessment of major weapon systems during field trials.
Your responsibilities include a wide range of skills including understanding complex threat systems to support testing on-site and in the field, operating test and measurement instrumentation, and identifying unique test and measurement problems that require technical, procedural or quality assurance actions. A great candidate would add value to our team, enjoy learning new technologies working with collaborative software/hardware teams and create innovative experiences.
A level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- Candidates must be willing to travel and work periodically at austere remote locations to support Customer requirements. Must accept customer furnished quarters and comply with mobility requirements such as receive applicable vaccinations.
- Must be able to attain an interim secret clearance for consideration. We will walk you through the process.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in agile team environment
- Experience in one or more specialty disciplines to include FPGA architecture, DSP and C#/C++ instrument control programming.
- Basic knowledge of network systems configuration
- Familiarity with Ethernet network protocols and directing network systems installation.
- Masters degree preferred
