We are looking for a Spa coordinator that is passionate about the cosmetic industry who wants to join our dynamic, small but rapidly growing company that operates Washington DC’s state-of-the-art Medical Spa.

The candidate needs to be used to working in a fast-paced, monitored metric environment and has a true passion for aesthetics and beauty. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, a competitive personality who is highly achiever goal-oriented a person with an entrepreneurial mindset. Must demonstrate individual leadership skills qualities, and experience with leading team members to achieve personal and professional goals.

The Spa coordinator needs to acquire & develop in-depth knowledge of the services & products we offer, analyze patient needs and make intelligent recommendations to create professional relationships with patients as well as an effective network and generate leads from the existing database. Creating new promotions, and working closely with the marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies. Impeccable customer serviceability to ensure completion of daily reports and adherence to company policy and procedure. Providing ongoing feedback regarding the effectiveness of advertising and promotional efforts.
