Salish Lodge & Spa is just 30 minutes east of Seattle, but for our guests, feels like it’s worlds away. Our Pacific Northwest Lodge offers a stunning landscape ideal for work and play, serving as the ideal backdrop for countless weddings, corporate meetings, and private events each year. The Spa Coordinator is an integral part of the exceptional experience and service Salish provides.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Schedule and coordinate all appointments within The Spa
• Maintain complete knowledge of all spa services and products
• Help maintain the spa facility throughout the day
• Escort guests to and from treatments with a pleasant demeanor
• Cashiering duties for services and retail
• Answer incoming calls
• Perform special projects delegated by management

WHAT YOU BRING

• Excellent people and communication skills
• Proven experience working in a team setting
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service
• Willingness to learn and perform new event programs and services
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, drive, and motivation
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Flexibility with schedule with evenings and weekends
