Bachelor's degree; at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Professional experience in higher education with:
- On-line advisement
- Written and online communications in an academic setting
- Recruitment and retention
- Social networks and content management systems
- Use of Tk20 Assessment software
Professional ability within higher education to:
- Analyze and solve problems using independent judgement
- Analyze and interpret student transcripts, associated records and documents
Professional knowledge of:
- University-level academic policies and procedures regarding student curriculum requirements
