Position: Sr. Implementation Manager

The Sr. Implementation Manager is accountable for implementation of new clients, as well as supporting expansion of current clients. Responsible for driving a successful project management approach, ensuring repeatable positive outcomes. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, a strong team player, and has excellent prioritization and time management skills. Main responsibilities include 1) Develop implementation tools and resources including project plans, project tracking tools, internal status updates, kick-off decks, and related items required to meet go-live 2) Collaborate closely with the Client Partnership team to ensure client satisfaction 3) Monitor and track project plan tasks and client deliverables to ensure on-time delivery 4) Collaborate across the organization to ensure all tasks and milestones are met to exceed contractual and client expectations.

Position Requirements


  • Phoenix, AZ, Nashville, TN, or remote
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college
  • 4+ years’ experience with program management, project management, or similar experience
  • 3+ years’ experience working for a dialysis organization, value-based provider group, health plan, and/or vendor contracting with health plans delegated for services
  • Self-starter skills who will work well on a team and employ strong communication skills to manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Detail oriented, excellent prioritization, and time management skills
  • Expertise partnering with internal departments to drive collaboration and results
  • Experience successfully designing, implementing, and managing large projects, including change management initiatives within healthcare provider organizations
  • Superior project management skills and an orientation to plan and organize work and teams
  • Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple projects/ deliverables
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver’s license

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop a successful project management approach to track and review tasks to ensure timely and quality submission to clients while, ensuring repeatable positive outcomes.
  • Develop implementation tools and resources including kick-off decks, project plans, project tracking tools, internal status updates and related items.
  • Document and maintain current client IT processes and business requirements.
  • Lead and facilitate project management teams, processes, and schedule meetings to track towards timely execution of implementation.
  • Proactively identify and escalate barriers to project success.
  • Utilize effective problem-solving skills to overcome both internal and external challenges.
  • Work across the organization to define and establish workflows.
  • Develop strong Internal coordination, collaboration and communication (Client Partnership, Clinical Performance, Market Leadership, IT/Medical Economics) to ensure systems and processes are established to meet specific requirements.
  • Facilitate implementation meetings with external partners and clients.
  • Communicate updates to internal and external parties at all levels of the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.
