Sr Product Manager
Our client is on a mission to deliver convenience to their customers anytime and anywhere. To fulfill this mission, they are building their own last mile from the ground up and own the delivery experience E2E; right from customer-facing ordering app to sending the order to merchants to fulfilling the order through a driver network.
Requirements:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Partner with the business, design, and engineering teams to build app in an agile fashion that delivers an outstanding digital experience for customers.- Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases
- Deep data dive into understanding customer pain points and usage patterns to build your product strategy and roadmap
- Evaluate customer engagement & develop plans with a strong focus on data
- Financial modeling to support any decisions/recommendations and to drive synergies
- Serve as a subject matter expert including a solid understanding of the underlying IT systems that deliver the customer experience
- Identify key KPIs to measure and monitor your product's performance.
- Forecasting and managing the budget to ensure all operations are within the allocated funds
- Assessing on all aspects of competitor’s digital strategy to design & recommend strategies for 7-Eleven to compete more effectively
- Key stakeholder management and report KPI's to the leadership on a regular basis
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational inefficiencies as needed.
“MUST HAVE” SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Prior product manager/owner experience for at least 3-5 years- Experience building customer and store-facing apps
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience working in delivery space- Entrepreneurial background/mindset with the ability to guide the ship without much handholding
- MBA preferred
