Position Overview:

The Sr. Product Owner will be responsible for leading the Robotic Process Automation team in the Transformation organization. This position will engage closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities and ensure implementation of product vision to achieve operational excellence. This role will provide clear direction throughout the automation process and own the end-to-end product strategy from concept to production.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Business Stakeholders and IT partners to create business, functional and/or technical requirements for both mobile and web solutions. Anticipates and identifies customer needs and matches products and services to facilitate the fulfillment of those needs.
  • Define a methodology for requirement and enhancements and institute a methodology for release of new feature sets.
  • Liaise with senior management, clients, Business Ops, and IT staff to conduct high level investigative studies to seek effective, feasible, and profitable business solutions.
  • Build out a 1-3 year roadmap for robotic process automation plans
  • Act as a direct line of communications to Executive Management to keep them apprised of project plans, accomplishments, risks, and project costs.
  • Assemble, manage, mentor, motivate and lead a team of highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst(s).
  • Set expectations, establish metrics and goals, and perform performance evaluations of direct reports
  • Applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help maximize the business value from IT system investments.
  • Ability to identify current problems, planning, design, building, testing, deploying, and updating the robotic process automation plan.
  • Identifies and initiates opportunities to support business activities.
  • Partner with Business stakeholders to understand and document business needs, prioritize, and track application change requests and system enhancements.
  • Proactively identifies and prioritizes opportunities for process improvement and creates corrective measures.
  • Present prospective plans to enhance the ways of working
  • Manage Automation costs and capital expenditures across the organization to successfully drive improvement and enhancements to the Automation plan while staying within projected forecasts/budgets.
  • Utilize own skills and business experience to assess and advise on the practicability of alternatives, assessing technical limitations against operational realities.
  • Oversee and support planning activities and the execution of projects according to plan, intended objectives, and within budget.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience required.
  • 7+ years of proven track record of successfully collecting and transforming business needs into actionable plans to develop of new and efficient applications and business processes.
  • 2+ Years of Robotic Process Automation experience.
  • The ability to be able to look at the team, identify gaps of knowledge and figure out what is needed to deliver on the vision.
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Competency in MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.
  • Ability to communication ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Demonstrated leadership of multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups.
  • Effective at working directly with senior leadership as well as front-line staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others not under direct supervision.
  • Self-motivated and directed, strong attention to detail, and results driven.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented climate, across functional areas and multiple locations.
  • Travel as needed.

Salary Range: $132,391.00 - $176,521.50

Annual Bonus Potential: 15%
