Let’s start with you…

You’re a seasoned project manager who has an innate passion for process and organization. You enjoy making sure things run smoothly and efficiently. Clear, concise communication comes naturally to you and you thrive in a team environment. You have proven experience in the email channel and are up to date on channel-specific technologies and capabilities.

This role can be fully remote from anywhere in the United States, with working hours of 9am - 5pm EST.

The Senior Project Manager owns the day-to-day process of our Fortune 500 client’s award-winning monthly loyalty email program. Success in this role means having a great relationship with our client, being a savvy problem solver, having precise attention to detail, managing multiple deliverables, being well organized, and pushing our company and our client’s company toward their revenue-driving goals.

You will be working with a multi-disciplined team to track and manage content throughout the creation and approval process to deployment and analysis. You’ll co-pilot this account with another Senior Project Manager, and you’ll report directly to our Director of Email Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Run daily internal scrum meetings and client status meetings where you will communicate directly around timelines, process, and deliverables
  • Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings
  • Own and update weekly status sheets
  • Oversee multiple content maps and strict deadlines at one time
  • Track and manage content through reviews, approval, and distribution of final assets
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans that accurately reflect the status of all active projects
  • Bring a positive, solution-oriented mindset to tackling problems and help unify and motivate colleagues
  • Optimize and improve processes over time
  • Have an understanding of wider email trends and the ability to bring knowledge to the project you’re owning
  • Be able to go through important content deliverables with a fine-toothed comb, using dedicated attention to detail to look out for any errors before delivering to the client, achieving consistency in feedback across all relevant deliverables

Experience/Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience for a digital marketing agency, SaaS company, management consulting company or similar, working for Fortune 1000 brands
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven expertise with ESPs and email development
  • Proficiency with Movable Ink operations
  • A clear understanding and interest of the email channel
  • Precise eye for detail
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage individual projects as well as the big picture

  • Interest in data and how it can shape marketing strategies
  • Innate ability to translate the unknown into clear, actionable plans
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive nature
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience in or knowledge of household financial services brands preferred
  • Expertise and / or certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud a huge plus!
